Schlager's Back!

Christer obviously paid attention to the Schlagerboys' open letter to Sweden after Anna Bergendahl got dumped out of the semi-final in Oslo in favour of Chanée & n'evergreen's Lord Thomas of G:Son written schlager stomper.

According to Aftonbladet, Christer has got a secret list that includes Lili & Susie, Shirley Clamp and Sanna Nielsen. There's also a bit of old-fashioned dansband with Lasse Stefanz. And it might even be the year for One More Time to make a comeback after they took part in the Melodifestivalen 2010 interval act. Even Magnus Carlsson might be back, Back! BACK! And that's never a bad thing.

Hurrah! Thank goodness SVT has given Christer more power over Melodifestivalen 2011. If it carries on like this we might even think of making a comeback to the Globen in May ourselves.
